Yes! You can reschedule your session at no charge if you request it at least 24 hours in advance.

If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, we will deduct one hour of tutoring from your sessions.

Yes! You are eligible for one free emergency rescheduling per month if you notify us at least one hour before your session starts.

If you miss a session without notifying us, we will deduct one tutoring hour from your sessions.

Yes! You can cancel a session more than 24 hours in advance at no charge.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, we will deduct one hour of tutoring from your sessions.

No! Your tutoring hours never expire, and you can use them at any time.

No! You cannnot transfer your unused tutoring hours to another student. You can however book a session for a different topic or subject.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but your tutoring hours never expire, and you can transfer them to someone else. However, we offer a Tutor Satisfaction Guarantee—if you are not satisfied with the tutor provided, we will exchange the tutor at no additional cost to ensure you receive the best possible learning experience tailored to your needs.

We use Google Meet for all of our tutoring sessions, ensuring a seamless, high-quality, and interactive online learning experience.

If technical issues occur on our end, we will reschedule your session at no cost. If you experience technical issues, we recommend contacting support immediately.
